Warriors Ideas: HeatherClan Book- Prologue

At school, my friend and I created a wiki on wikispaces called WarriorsIdeas, based on Erin Hunter's Warriors book, which is about cats.  Below is the story Charlotte and I wrote.  You can read the other stories at http://warriorsideas.wikispaces.com/.

Prologue

The stars twinkled faintly in the moon light, as if they knew that their time was at its end. Starry cats gazed down on the ruined Clans, but none of them were able to do anything.

"Are you sure the Clans will not be able to survive?" asked an old yellow cat.

"Yes, Yellowfang," replied Bluestar. "I do not want to admit it either, but look at this! The Clans are breaking up, and they've all already changed their names!"

"StarClan never could have lived forever." This time, a beautiful tortoiseshell she-cat spoke. "I know the Clans may form again, but they will never be as before."

"Spottedleaf," rumbled Blackstar. "You are very wise, but now, we have to believe that the Clans will form again and live as before."

"Even StarClan can't tell," meowed Tallstar. "I can only see darkness ahead. "Tigerstar, Hawkfrost, and Brokentail will return, and the Clans will be too weak to resist against their power!"

"But we still have to do everything we can to revive the Clans!" insisted Snowfur.

"Ah, yes," meowed Oakheart. "But what can we do? We can only count on the five..." His voice faded.

"StarClan's time is running out!" meowed Yellowfang urgently. "We must leave now!" Every cat nodded in agreement.

"How about the Tribe of Endless Hunting?" suggested Feathertail. "We can go there. I know the way, so follow me!"

Feathertail turned and walked into the darkness. One by one, the other cats followed and were swallowed by the darkness, until only Bluestar remained. She took one last look at what had once been her powerful Clan.

"Goodbye, ThunderClan," Bluestar murmured, her voice heavy with grief. Then she too disappeared without looking back.
